SAFETY
It's in our company motto - "Safety 4 Life." The Health and Safety of employees is the first concern of RJ Masonry. We strive to make maintaining a safe workplace part of our company culture by making it a part of what we do every day.
WEEKLY SAFETY TRAININGS
Each Monday morning employees participate in a 30 minute safety training where topics from our company Safety Manual as well as required MSHA and OSHA trainings are reviewed and discussed.
CHEMICALS MANAGEMENT
In 2017, RJ masonry performed its first chemicals audit, identifying chemicals which posed concern to human health. A chemical management program has been established to reduce or eliminate chemicals of concern and ensure that employees are well educated on the proper handling and disposal of each chemical.
INJURIES REDUCTION
Since 2015, RJ Masonry has had a steady decline in the amount of OSHA/MSHA reportable injuries. This has been a result of extensive weekly training, management focus and employee incentives and awards which create the company culture,
"Safety 4 Life."
