We understand that our community is home for our employees. That's why RJ Masonry is committed to giving back to the community through service, sponsorships, scholarships and more.
ROADSIDE CLEANUP
RJ Masonry sponsors cleanup for a stretch of Utah's Highway 40. Twice a year, all employees across the company come together to clean up litter and help keep our community as beautiful as it always has been.
4-H LIVESTOCK SALE
Living in a traditionally agricultural community, it is important to our families and neighbors to teach youth how to labor with their hands, responsibly work towards a goal and learn important agricultural, livestock and mechanical skills. In order to support this, RJ Masonry is a proud sponsor of the annual 4-H Livestock sale, buying livestock from dozens of youth who have put forth the hard work to raise these animals and learn lasting skills.
SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
We understand that education is vital to the growth and development of our community, and we know that financially supporting an education for children can often be one of the heaviest burdens that our employees face. Because of this, children of RJ Masonry employees are eligible for a $1000/year ($500/semester) scholarship towards continuing education at a university, trade school or apprenticeship.
RJ Masonry also supports continting education among current employees and will provide financial aid towards tuition on an individual basis.
